DESCRIPTION:We are excited to announce the brand new "Downtown Summerfest" 3-day event in downtown Newark\, June 21-23!  Downtown Summerfest will feature the Budweiser Clydesdales\, a tribute to our Hometown Heroes\, as well as a daily music fest to celebrate the newly completed renovations in downtown Newark.  Each day\, guests may enjoy all of the festivities throughout the downtown area\, featuring local food specials\, beer & wine garden and a daily parade of the Budweiser Clydesdales team.  Live entertainment venue will be located just south of the Canal Market District and will feature Bryan Lewis on Thursday\, The Brian Panke Band on Friday\, Rese Jhordan on Saturday early afternoon\, and RMT on Saturday late afternoon.  A salute to our hometown heroes is scheduled for Saturday\, along with a craft fair on the Canal Market grounds.  Admittance is free.  A limited amount of reserved and corporate seating will be available each day.\n\n \n\nCall 740-345-9757 x. 4 or email summerfest@lickingcountychamber.com if you would like to be a sponsor\, purchase a table or have any questions!
