At this bi-monthly program\, you will have the opportunity to meet The Advocate's newly named "20 under 40" - twenty young professionals who stand out for their leadership qualities and accomplishments. In addition\, you will hear insight from 3 local young professionals:  Annie Lanfranc\, Hayley Feightner and Stephen Gombos who will be discussing generational differences in the workforce and how we can best learn and prepare for generational trends and changes. You will also hear an update about Young Leaders of Licking County's growth and accomplishments over the past year.
