Village Administrator

Make a lasting impact as the Village Administrator in the Village of Hebron during our exciting growth caused by numerous opportunities coming to our region.  The Village is seeking an excellent leader to steer our exceptional staff, report to the Mayor and Village Council, and liaison with numerous external stakeholders.  The ideal candidate will provide superior guidance to utilities, public works, parks, community development/zoning, and administrative staff. The salary is dependent upon qualifications and experience. 

The exceptional benefits package includes (100% paid by the Village):  Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurances; Healthiest You Plan; and an Employee Assistance Program. Additional benefits include paid vacation, 12 paid holidays and sick leave, Ohio Public Employee Retirement System (OPERS), and Deferred Compensation (optional).
