As President and Chief Merchandising Officer at Lane Bryant\, Marcy led the organization through the pandemic\, a turnaround\, and the transition to new ownership.\n\nHer career also includes leadership roles at LBrands\, LensCrafters\, Ann Taylor\, and Saks Fifth Avenue. In addition to her professional accomplishments\, Marcy is deeply involved in community leadership. She has served as President\, Vice President\, and as a board member of Short North Stage\; as Vice President of the board of directors at McCoy Center for the Arts\; and is the President-Elect of the board at Temple Beth Shalom.\n\nIn 2024\, Columbus Monthly Magazine recognized Marcy as one of twenty trailblazing women. That same year\, she was selected as a mentor and coach for emerging executive talent in Deloitte's Wise Women program.
