Licking County HRMA November Luncheon

In an increasingly competitive labor market, employers must ‘step up their game’ to recruit and retain high-performing workers who will deliver on the company’s strategic goals and objectives.   This session will explore how companies can assess the needs and interests of their workforce, and can design policies, programs, employee benefits, and more that will position those companies as “employers of choice” for prospective talent and existing team members.  Areas of discussion will include incentive and bonus plans; non-traditional benefits such as on-site daycare, student loan repayment, and transportation stipends; remote work and condensed workweeks; upskilling and mentoring; and more.
