Klarity Medical Products, a global leader in innovative solutions for radiation therapy, is seeking a Sales Assistant with a focus on education and domestic marketing to join our dynamic Sales team. About the Role:
As a Sales Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our Director of Sales and Regional Account Managers by providing administrative assistance, managing customer communications, generating quotes, and facilitating internal workflows. In addition to traditional sales support, you’ll also contribute to Klarity’s domestic marketing efforts and coordinate continuing education programs for clinicians.
Key Responsibilities:
•       Provide daily administrative support to the Director of Sales and field Account Managers
•       Manage meeting scheduling, calendars, and documentation
•       Enter and maintain accurate customer data in CRM (NetSuite) and internal systems
•       Assist in creating quotes, resolving customer inquiries, and supporting sales communications
•       Coordinate logistics for educational events and maintain training records
•       Contribute to marketing content, social media, and email campaigns
•       Ensure consistent brand messaging and communication across platforms
•       Support ongoing learning about RT (Radiation Therapy) methods and competitive products
What We’re Looking For:
•       High school diploma required; BA/BS in Communications, Business, or related field preferred
•       Strong customer service and communication skills
•       Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving ability
•       Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
•       Basic understanding of marketing and event coordination is a plus
•       Willingness to travel occasionally
•       Ability to lift and handle product samples for demos when needed
