A Call to College is hiring a full-time Director of College Prep and Success and we are looking for a perfect fit with our growing A Call to College team!

Do you love working with Newark’s youth and are you excited by the prospect of helping them pursue and complete their education after high school? If so, you might be who we are looking for to join our team as a Director of College Prep & Success! Overarching responsibilities of this position include: implementation, management and evaluation of projects and programs; spokesperson for A Call to College; developing student relationships and providing informed advising; and leading and collaborating with multiple teams. Employment Details:  Ideal Start date as soon as possible. Full-time, year-round position. A Call to College highly values employees having a healthy work/life balance and offers a generous allowance for time off. Approximately 5 weeks of vacation including NCS observed National Holidays, winter and spring breaks and ten work days of personal time (over summer months.)  Health, Dental and Vision for which ACTC covers 78% of individual premiums and 73% for families. PNB 401(K) which ACTC matches 100% of employee's contribution up to 5% of employee's salary. Starting Salary $45-60K, depending on experience and education level.
