The ESOL Instructor/Coordinator is a full-time position within the Aspire Program. The position provides direct instruction and program coordination for Adult English language learners within the Aspire program. This position supports student recruitment, orientation, assessment, instruction, retention, transition planning, data management, and community partnerships while ensuring compliance with Ohio Aspire, ODEW, and federal adult education requirements. The coordinator helps students improve English language proficiency, workforce readiness, digital literacy, and pathways to employment, training, and postsecondary education.
