Are you passionate about supporting student achievement and personal growth? We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Student Success Coaches — one at the Newark Campus and one at the Pataskala Campus.

Please note: These are temporary, full-time positions that are benefits-eligible and fully grant-funded through June 28, 2028.

Position Summary:
The Student Success Coach is responsible for fostering a positive and successful learning experience to support student retention, academic achievement, and degree or certificate completion. Reporting to the Director of Student Success, the coach will:

• Provide one-on-one mentoring and coaching to guide students in achieving their academic, personal, and career goals!
• Conduct outreach to at-risk students to provide timely interventions and support!
• Design and implement student success workshops and coordinate learning communities!
• Connect students with relevant campus and community resources to ensure holistic support!
