Senior Process Engineer – (Aerospace & Defense Manufacturing) Our client is reshaping American defense by accelerating how jet propulsion systems are designed and built. Using advanced additive manufacturing, we deliver faster, more efficient, and more affordable engines for unmanned aerial systems—all manufactured in the USA. This role is based at our Knox County, Ohio facility.

What You’ll Do:
Drive process improvements across aerospace-grade electro-mechanical production Develop and implement quality standards and process controls Analyze performance data and troubleshoot production issues Inspect materials, equipment, and workflows to ensure spec compliance Partner with engineering, operations, and technicians to optimize processes Lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions Support AS9100 documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering 5+ years in process, product, or development engineering Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills Experience in additive manufacturing is a plus Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
