Historic Downtown Newark Tour

Experience the history of Downtown Newark with Young Leaders of Licking County! Join us on Wednesday, September 23 from 4:30-6:30pm for a guided tour of some of downtown’s most iconic historic spaces.

We’ll meet at The Archive inside the Newark Arcade at 4:30pm before making our way through downtown:

5:00-5:30pm: Newark Arcade
5:30-6:00pm: Sullivan Building
6:00-6:30pm: Midland Theatre

Following the tour, we’ll return to The Archive for socializing and networking. Attendees are welcome to purchase drinks from The Archive to enjoy in DORA cups while walking between tour stops. Please note that drinks cannot be taken inside the buildings on the tour.

Come learn more about the buildings, stories, and history that have shaped Downtown Newark while connecting with fellow young professionals!

Please wear comfortable shoes, as we’ll be walking around the Downtown Newark Square.
