C-TEC of Licking County is looking to hire a Business Instructor for the Secondary Center.

Candidate should have the following:

• Ability to plan and develop an instructional program in the Business, Finance, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship content areas.
• Knowledge of fundamental business concepts, including business processes, economics, management, marketing, finance, sales, and entrepreneurship.
• Ability to build and create a DECA program with the funding arm that supports student activities, competitions, and conferences.
• Ability to integrate employability skills, leadership, communication, technology, and financial literacy into classroom instruction.
• Experience supporting hands-on, project-based learning and work-based learning, including Student-Based Enterprises, preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to both manage students and inspire students to learn, innovate, and create are essential.
• Valid licensure by the Ohio Department of Education in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related Career-Technical Education field OR High School Diploma and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related business field.
