Manages caseload of new students and serve as the main point of contact from orientation to first semester enrollment with active outreach to inform, guide and engage students to move through the enrollment process.

These activities include nurturing student relationships, educating students about career options and program offerings, ensuring receipt of enrollment documents, such as official transcripts, guiding through the enrollment and financial aid process, and coordinating efforts to orient and onboard incoming students.

Assists and supports admission representatives with recruitment events. The enrollment navigator will also work collaboratively with the academic advising team regarding course registration, selective program admissions, certificate and degree planning, and transfer credit review.
