Description: We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Multi-craft Instructor/Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in teaching one or more of the following subjects: Blueprint Reading, Manual Machining, Electrical Maintenance, PLCs, Welding, Plumbing, HVAC, Hydraulics

Responsibilities: Develop and deliver engaging and comprehensive course materials
for the listed subjects. Provide hands-on training and practical exercises to enhance students’ learning experiences. Assess and evaluate students’ performance through assignments, exams, and projects. Mentor and support students in their academic and professional development. Collaborate with other faculty members to improve curriculum and teaching methods. Actively engage in student recruitment, retention and post-graduation follow up.

Qualifications: Minimum of 3-5 years of practical experience in one or more of the above listed skills or in a related field. Proven experience in teaching or training in a postsecondary or professional setting. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts effectively. Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner. Enthusiasm for teaching and helping students succeed in their educational and career goals. Willingness to adapt to industry changes and incorporate new technologies into curriculum design.
