Job Type: Part-Time up to 15 hours per week

Description: Join our dedicated team at C-TEC of Licking County as a CNA Instructor, working under the guidance of the Program Coordinator and Lead Instructor to teach the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) Certified Nurse Aid (CNA) program. Responsibilities include providing classroom instruction, demonstrating clinical skills, and overseeing clinical rotations. The ideal candidate will be a professional with excellent organizational skills and a genuine passion for teaching and helping others succeed in the healthcare field.

Qualifications/Licensure: Registered Nurse with at least two years of experience working with chronically ill or geriatric populations (e.g., long-term care, home health, or similar settings). CNA Train-the-Trainer certification from the Ohio Department of Health is required or the willingness to attend the course to obtain certification. Strong organizational skills, professionalism, and a passion for making a positive impact on students' lives are essential.
