ArmorSource, LLC is a leading manufacturer of ballistic helmets and advanced head protection products and accessories. Its Advanced Combat Helmets (ACH) are used by top military and law enforcement organizations, including the United States Department of Defense. ArmorSource’s ultra-lightweight ACH is standard issue for NATO Special Forces operating in Iraq and Afghanistan. With manufacturing capacity exceeding 20,000 ballistic helmets per month, the company combines large-scale production with advanced ballistic solutions. The Human Resources Business Partner is a full-time, on-site role based in Hebron, OH. This role collaborates with leaders and employees to align HR strategies with business objectives, providing guidance on organizational structure, workforce planning, and talent development. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising on HR policies, managing employee relations issues, supporting performance management cycles, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The HR Business Partner will facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, support training initiatives, and assist in developing engagement and retention programs. The role also involves maintaining accurate HR documentation and partnering with management to promote a positive, safe, and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications

  • Solid foundation in Human Resources (HR) practices and HR policies, with the ability to interpret and apply them consistently.
  • Strong employee relations skills, including conflict resolution, coaching, and supporting a respectful and inclusive work environment.
  • Working knowledge of labor and employment law and experience ensuring compliance in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Experience with performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and basic data reporting; strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, and handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • Experience in manufacturing, defense, or highly regulated industries is beneficial.
