To assist the Director of Maintenance & Facilities Supervisor with maintaining the physical school plant in a condition of operating efficiently and effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. A High School diploma or training and experience that are considered equivalent.
2. A documented knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, electricity and HVAC systems and other basic building systems.
3. Good human relations with the ability to communicate in a courteous manner.
4. Able to work with little supervision.
5. A neat appearance.
6. Successfully complete and pass a BCII and FBI check.
