Courtney DeSalvo, Assistant Vice President/Banking Offices Operations Specialist, who transitioned out of the medical field for a better work/life balance, began at The Community Bank’s West Zanesville Office in 2017. Courtney and her family moved to Pittsburgh for a few years due to her husband's job. In 2020, she was rehired at The Community Bank. Due to her hard work, she has been promoted several times and has demonstrated leadership in each position including Flex CSR, Management Trainee Program, Assistant Office Manager, and as a Universal Banker. Courtney was promoted to the Banking Office Operations Specialist role in 2024. She enjoys coaching new employees and explaining the reasons behind policies to help them understand and appreciate them. Courtney lives in Dresden with her husband, two boys, and their little hobby farm. Her boys are heavily involved in sports, and she supports them by volunteering her time whenever she can to be part of their sporting activities. Courtney lives by the motto “make good choices, be good humans” and brings that mindset to work every day.

Trish Ball, Assistant Vice President/Mortgage Loan Specialist, is a graduate of Xinnix Mortgage Academy and began her banking career in 2017. Starting as a teller, she worked her way into mortgage lending. As a resident of Heath Trish is committed to serving her community both professionally and personally. She currently serves on the Board of The Woodlands and the Board of Kingdom Pillars. In addition, she volunteers with the Licking County Humane Society, reflecting her passion for giving back and supporting causes that strengthen our local community.
