Join us on December 10 for a special Local Leaders program as we recognize the 2025 class of Licking County’s 20 Under Forty - outstanding young professionals, ages 18 to 39, who exemplify excellence in their careers and commitment to community service. Each honoree will be introduced and celebrated for their professional achievements and civic engagement.

Following the recognition, we’ll hear from Kristin and John Ream, owners of Trek Brewing Company. What started as a home brewing passion has grown into one of Licking County’s most welcoming gathering places. The Reams are known not only for their craft beer but also for their generosity, often giving back a portion of sales to local non-profit organizations. They’ll share their entrepreneurial journey, the challenges and triumphs of building a business, and how they recently diversified by transforming their meeting space into a new bar and sports simulator area - blending hospitality, recreation, and community impact.
