QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Transport all students of the district to and from school safely.
2. Set up and follow time schedule accurately.
3. Keep bus clean inside, outside and report any repairs needed to the mechanics
4. Make any trips as scheduled by the transportation office.
5. Attend all meetings required.
6. Complete all reports and paperwork promptly
7. Keep a good relationship with all personnel connected with transportation and the school district.
8. Check all things necessary for the safe operation of the bus.
9. Report in writing all major discipline problems to the transportation office.
10. Be supportive of your district.

 
JOB GOAL:    To provide safe and efficient transportation to and from school or any school sponsored event that requires district transportation.
 
REPORTS TO/EVALUATED BY:  Director of Transportation
 

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Position requires driver to follow the guidelines of the job description, driver handbook,
O.R.C. and Board Policies.
 

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

• Remainder of the 2025-2026 School Year
• Currently estimated to be 6 hours per day, with regularly scheduled hours / actual hours of employment ultimately to depend on student/district needs
• Salary and other terms per negotiated agreement applied to regularly scheduled / actual hours of employment
