Central Ohio Technical College is seeking applications for the role of Enrollment Navigator to support our CCP partnerships and programs. The CCP Enrollment Navigator serves as the primary enrollment contact for K-12 partners, students, and parents participating in the CCP program within an assigned territory. This role plays a vital part in strengthening partnerships with area schools, supporting students in their educational journey, and ensuring a smooth enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide students through the CCP application, admission, and enrollment processes.
• Serve as the academic advisor for an assigned caseload of CCP students, supporting their academic success and progress.
• Act as the primary point of contact for K-12 partners, students, and families.
• Lead recruitment, admission, and matriculation efforts for CCP students in an assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high school administrators, counselors, and educators to support program continuation and growth.
• Represent the college at recruitment events, presentations, and outreach activities.
