About Us
Johnstown Pointe Nursing and Rehabilitation, a Foundations Health Solutions Care Center, is now open in Johnstown, Ohio. This 80 room nursing home boasts private rooms with baths and Foundations Health Solutions quality management and clinical care. Johnstown Pointe joins seven sister facilities in Columbus, all serving their demographics with varied and quality service lines.
We pride ourselves on being the leading provider in Ohio in the ever-evolving healthcare industry.
